Shipping policy

When you order from us, getting our items to you safely is our first concern. We utilise the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and Asendia (through Pirate Ship Simple Export Rate) as our preferred shipping vendors. All shipping services we provide include domestic door-to-door tracking, and international tracking at least to the point of transfer to the delivering postal service (who may or may not provide tracking for international parcels).

We will package and ship your items within one week (7 calendar days) from the time all items are complete within your order. For in-stock Inventory items, this starts as soon as your order is placed. For Made-to-Order items, this starts once your item has been made and is ready for shipping. Made-to-Order toys can take up to one month to make, and Made-to-Order add-on items can take up to one week to make.

Once your order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier for the service you have selected, we no longer have possession or control of your order and have limited options to assist. We always encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out, as they have access to the most up to date information and can assist more quickly.
