Refund policy

We do not accept returns of any opened items under any circumstances due to the nature of our products. If your item is not as described, is faulty, or if you have other concerns, please contact us to discuss options.

To file a request, you can contact us at sales@lootcave.toys. If your refund is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed and may be returned-to-sender or immediately discarded at our discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While we understand some defects may be difficult to notice in the packaging, we reserve the right to deny any refund request for items which have been removed from their bag or where any applicable seal has been broken.

Lost Items
Most of our shipping methods bear insurance/carrier liability by the shipping carrier in the amount of $100, excluding First Class Package International and any free/flat rate shipping options which may be available for some products. If your insured package does not arrive within 15 days of shipment for domestic orders or 30 days of shipment for international orders, please contact us so we can begin the claim process. We will provide a refund equivalent to or greater than the amount of any approved insurance/carrier liability claim. This amount may be less than the total value of lost items, depending on the findings of the respective carrier in any claim, and whether the value of items exceeds the insurance/carrier liability threshold. For uninsured shipping options, we may offer a refund at our discretion but will not be held liable 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
